Jumia Food

I created this case study out of frustration while using my favourite grocery delivery app, Jumia. I kept using it out of an ingrained desire to benefit from what it offered me as a premium user; but interacting with it pissed me off consistently. I was desperate to come up with a way of improving it, even if it was all in my mind.
